Products I design and build on my own, with AI-assisted development. My corporate client work is reserved for direct conversations.
Personal and business expense tracking.
Every project carries its own budget, expenses, cards and income. Personal never mixes with business.

The same method works for a one-month MVP or a platform with thousands of concurrent users.
I talk to whoever owns the problem before writing code. I turn ambiguous needs into concrete requirements and we agree on what done means.
I define architecture and stack based on scalability, cost and security. The written spec is what later feeds both the team and the AI tools.
MVP first, roadmap by versions. Every release goes through functional QA with a checklist.
Deployment, monitoring, perimeter security and optimization. A live product nobody maintains stops being a product.
I work with direct clients and collaborate with teams that already have a product running.
Complete web applications: admin panel, public site, database, authentication and deployment. You bring a business question, I deliver working software.
Manual processes eating your team's time: document reading, validations, classification. I have taken reviews of thousands of cases down to a handful of real exceptions.
Payment gateways, invoicing, third-party APIs, webhooks. Also what already exists but runs slow: cache, indexes, queries and security under heavy traffic.
I hold a computer science degree from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, with an exchange program at Université de Nantes. I started writing code and ended up leading too: for several years I was the technical lead and the client-facing person at my workplace.
That double position is what defines me most. I understand the business constraint and I know what it costs to implement, so conversations do not get lost in translation.
Describe the problem in two paragraphs and I will tell you whether I am the right person.
